Gaming without the data bill
In South Africa, data cost is the gatekeeper to gaming: a single game download can cost more in data than the game itself. MUVE removed that gate. The platform zero-rates game downloads — they don't touch the user's data allowance — then keeps players engaged with weekly challenges, competitions, and rewards redeemable for online content. Play bundles span platforms from Switch to PC, meeting gamers wherever they already play.
My focus was the engagement loop: making challenges, progress, and rewards legible enough that the platform felt like a game itself, not a telco portal wearing a gaming skin.

music, minus the data anxiety
MUZE let Vodafone contract holders stream music and video at reduced data rates — but its smartest move was what it didn't do: replace anyone's music library. Instead of competing with Spotify and Deezer, MUZE connects to them, surfacing users' own playlists inside the platform while the discounted bundles quietly handle the data cost underneath.
The design challenge was aggregation without friction: one home for streaming that respects the platforms users already love, and makes the data saving — the actual product — visible without being the whole interface.
